Motiva® Breast Implants, developed by Establishment Labs®, are now available in the United States following FDA approval of two key implant types:

• Motiva SmoothSilk® Round
• Motiva SmoothSilk® Ergonomix®

Used globally in over 80 countries and placed in more than a million patients worldwide, these two implants represent Motiva’s U.S.-approved line for aesthetic augmentation. Known for their proprietary SmoothSilk® nano-surface and adaptive gel technology, Motiva’s designs offer a new level of patient-centered innovation.

Note: Only Motiva SmoothSilk® Round and Motiva SmoothSilk® Ergonomix® implants are FDA-approved for aesthetic use in the United States. Other products in the global Motiva portfolio are not currently available for U.S. patients.

This implant is designed for patients who want fuller volume in the upper portion of the breast—often called the “upper pole.” It maintains a round, full shape regardless of body position, making it ideal for women who desire a more lifted, youthful silhouette.
